How to order safely!
Please read through this whole page before ordering to help understand the process and to answer any questions you may have.
Email
It is strongly recommended to use a throwaway email rather then one connected to you. There are a lot of different services for this, if you google “Temp email” Or something as such you will find what is needed. If you want to get your tracking number make sure its one you can access later. Sometimes our emails get caught in a spam fliter, so if you dont get an order confrimation email right away dont worry, please wait 48 hours (normaly less) For us to manually send it. Making a new email that is not used for anything else is also an option.
Checkout Address
You do not have to put your real information in the address field if you want to encrypt your info, but please do put your real country so that shiping is calculated correctly. While the database is cleared weekly we are of the belief that encryption should always be done user end. On the check out page you can click the “Add a note to your Order” Button and include a PGP message with your info. Make sure to include everything that will be needed to send a package to you. If you send your info using PGP include your public address if you want the tracking code to be encrypted when sent.
Payment
Payment will only be done with Monero/XMR. Do not ask if we can make an exception, the answer will be no. While its always recommended to use a non-KYC exchange that is a personal choice. Below are useful guides that explain the process of obtaining and using Monero better then we could. If you get stuck try asking an AI chat bot or one of the numerous crypto forums. Once you have paid please wait at least 45 minutes before worrying, its common for the network to take that long to confirm your transaction. (SAVEHASH?)
Post Ordering
Once ordered you will receive an order confirmation email withen a day (Often instantaneously). Once shipped you will get an order completed email, followed shortly by an email with a tracking code. Most orders (95%+) will come with a tracking code by default but certain locations and carriers may not offer one. Shipping in the continental americas tends to take between 3-7 days, and 5-12 to asia/eruope. Be patient and understanding that the usps tracking number is not infallible and occasionally may show incorrect info. If your order has not arived 14 days after SHIPING then get in touch so we can investigate and possible resend (See refund policy below)

Refund policy
Our refund policy is simple, if your order has not arrived within 14 days or if the tracking Indicates the package has been lost/destroyed then we will reship to you no charge (We will need your shipping info again since we dont keep user information)
If the reshiped package does not arive after 21 days then we fully refund the order to a Monero wallet as well as troubleshoot the reasons behind the failed order and if there is anyway to fix them.
